Process: Collaborated with the photography team to ensure each month's theme is reflected in each shoot. Created a shot list for each shoot that consisted of the mood board, model selection for each outfit, hair, make-up, and location direction. On-site I worked with the photographer to adjust direction based on timing and shoot location area preferences and directed models on poses and movement that reflected the mood and theme of the month.
